卸液壓系統(tǒng)任何部位之前，必須卸壓，以免壓力油噴出，工作臺突然下滑；

Before unloading any part of the hydraulic system, pressure must be relieved to prevent pressure oil from spraying out and the workbench from suddenly sliding;

相應(yīng)運動部件間均加注一些潤滑油，延長軸承使用壽命；

Add some lubricating oil between the corresponding moving parts to extend the service life of the bearings;

檢查液壓油的油質(zhì)和油位，升降貨梯全程升起在這位置時，液壓油面應(yīng)高出箱底四十到五十毫米，液壓機是否變暗發(fā)粘或有砂礫等異物，如有發(fā)現(xiàn)應(yīng)及時更換120#液壓油。

Check the oil quality and level of the hydraulic oil. When the cargo elevator is fully raised at this position, the hydraulic oil level should be forty to fifty millimeters higher than the bottom of the box. Check if the hydraulic press is dark, sticky, or has foreign objects such as gravel. If any, replace the 120 # hydraulic oil in a timely manner.
