一、平時(shí)養(yǎng)護(hù):

1、 Normal maintenance:

平時(shí)養(yǎng)護(hù)應(yīng)由設(shè)備操作司機(jī)或運(yùn)用單位專職人員擔(dān)任,設(shè)備維護(hù)養(yǎng)護(hù)單位對(duì)平時(shí)養(yǎng)護(hù)內(nèi)容負(fù)有監(jiān)督和查看的責(zé)任.平時(shí)養(yǎng)護(hù)主要內(nèi)容歸納為"十字操作法":清潔、緊固、光滑、調(diào)整、防腐.天天班前、班末10-30分鐘,巡視設(shè)備各部分、各部位是不是正常,按規(guī)則加油光滑,留意機(jī)械運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)聲響是不是正常,做好清潔作業(yè)和交接班作業(yè),以到達(dá)設(shè)備外觀整潔,運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正常之目的,平時(shí)養(yǎng)護(hù)記載和交接班記載要制成固定表格,并作為檔案管理.

2.查看滾珠軸承的空隙,吊輪導(dǎo)向輪的磨損.如滾輪被磨損,有必要調(diào)整或替換.如升降貨梯軸承被磨損則替換導(dǎo)向輪或軸承.

2.對(duì)吊籠及導(dǎo)軌架等結(jié)構(gòu)件銹蝕進(jìn)行整理除銹補(bǔ)漆,對(duì)銹蝕比較嚴(yán)重的受力桿件進(jìn)行補(bǔ)強(qiáng)處理.
