①升降平臺(tái)上升不上設(shè)置定相對(duì)高度，這樣的事情要查驗(yàn)機(jī)油箱內(nèi)的齒輪油是不是做到規(guī)范容積，查驗(yàn)機(jī)油箱是不是滲油，假如齒輪油不足，請(qǐng)加上32#齒輪油，這類在五金店都是會(huì)有。

① If the lifting platform cannot be raised to a fixed relative height, it is necessary to check whether the gear oil in the oil tank meets the standard volume and whether the oil in the oil tank leaks. If the gear oil is insufficient, please add 32\.

②升降平臺(tái)存有靜電感應(yīng)，造成不升高或是不降低，是由于在布線的過(guò)程中沒(méi)有電線接頭，使液壓升降平臺(tái)帶靜電感應(yīng)造成電源箱失效，可以用金屬產(chǎn)品碰地就可以。

② The lifting platform has electrostatic induction, which causes no rise or fall. The reason is that there is no wire connector in the wiring process, which makes the hydraulic lifting platform with electrostatic induction and causes the power box to fail. ③升降平臺(tái)只有升高，不可以降低：查驗(yàn)真空電磁閥顯示燈是不是亮，按電源箱上的降低鍵，假如真空電磁閥上燈不閃，則查驗(yàn)真空電磁閥兩條線是不是短路或是松垮。

③ The lifting platform can only be raised but not lowered: check whether the vacuum solenoid valve display light is on, press the lower button on the power box, and if the vacuum solenoid valve light does not flash, check whether the two lines of the vacuum solenoid valve are short circuited or loose.

④升降平臺(tái)在調(diào)節(jié)的情況下左右發(fā)抖，顫動(dòng)：查驗(yàn)滑軌內(nèi)是不是有小顆粒，廢棄物，滑軌內(nèi)機(jī)油是不是也有，沒(méi)有請(qǐng)立即加上不然，長(zhǎng)期損壞造成液壓升降平臺(tái)卡死毀壞。

④ The lifting platform trembles and vibrates left and right under adjustment: check whether there are small particles, wastes and oil in the slide rail. If not, please add it immediately. Otherwise, the hydraulic lifting platform will be stuck and damaged due to long-term damage.

⑤即使陰雨氣溫不調(diào)整，請(qǐng)檢查電源箱控制面板是否濕冷：請(qǐng)用吹風(fēng)機(jī)烘干。

⑤ Even if the temperature is not adjusted in rainy days, please check whether the control panel of the power box is wet and cold: Please dry it with a hair dryer.

⑥調(diào)節(jié)在起步時(shí)能一切正常升高，調(diào)節(jié)到一半時(shí)不可以調(diào)節(jié)：一種是啟動(dòng)電容器毀壞，另一種是液壓油濾芯剩余油不夠。

⑥ The adjustment can rise normally at the start, but cannot be adjusted at half of the adjustment: one is that the starting capacitor is damaged, and the other is that the remaining oil in the hydraulic oil filter element is insufficient.

⑦假如輸油管滲油，查驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)接口是不是毀壞，查驗(yàn)O型液壓密封件是不是毀壞，拆換液壓密封件或是是總體拆換標(biāo)準(zhǔn)接口。

⑦ If the oil delivery pipe leaks, check whether the standard interface is damaged, check whether the O-type hydraulic seal is damaged, and replace the hydraulic seal or the standard interface as a whole.

⑧升降平臺(tái)調(diào)節(jié)搖架，調(diào)節(jié)自升：查驗(yàn)真空電磁閥內(nèi)是不是有廢棄物，如車用汽油清理或是用氣動(dòng)槍刮走就可以；

⑧ Adjust the cradle of the lifting platform and adjust the jack up: check whether there is any waste in the vacuum solenoid valve, such as cleaning with gasoline or scraping away with a pneumatic gun;

⑨不可以升高，只有降低：查驗(yàn)行程安排是不是抓牢，看左右間距是否有5mm行程安排，康佳四個(gè)行程安排后蓋板上的螺絲，將行程安排內(nèi)扭簧校準(zhǔn)就可以。

⑨ Do not raise, only lower: check whether the travel arrangement is firmly grasped, and see whether there is a 5mm travel arrangement between the left and right. The screws on the rear cover plate of Konka's four travel arrangements can be aligned with the torsion spring in the travel arrangement.

⑩升降平臺(tái)指示燈沒(méi)亮：檢查墻上的電源插座是否有開關(guān)電源，插板和電線插頭是否短路。如果超過(guò)100米，請(qǐng)使用2.5的電源插頭進(jìn)行調(diào)整。

⑩ The indicator light of the lifting platform is not on: check whether the power socket on the wall has switching power supply, and whether the plug board and wire plug are short circuited. If it is more than 100 meters, please use a 2.5 square meter power plug for adjustment.
