一、閥門;液壓升降機(jī)正常使用時,當(dāng)液壓油流經(jīng)平臺上的各種閥門和液壓油的管道時,不可避免地會存在壓力和流量的損失,而這些損失都與液壓裝置的選擇是否合理有關(guān)。其他壓力閥的壓力也可以減少動力損失,壓力閥應(yīng)盡可能設(shè)置在較低的壓力,只要能滿足液壓設(shè)備的正常運行即可。
1、 Valves; When the hydraulic elevator is in normal use, when the hydraulic oil flows through various valves and hydraulic oil pipelines on the platform, there will inevitably be pressure and flow losses, which are related to the rationality of the selection of hydraulic devices. The pressure of other pressure valves can also reduce power loss. The pressure valve should be set at a lower pressure as long as it can meet the normal operation of hydraulic equipment.
二、液壓油;由于液壓油有許多活動,在液壓油的管道中移動時,它向前移動得越多,油的粘度就越大。液壓升降機(jī)粘度過高時,會產(chǎn)生較大的內(nèi)耗,液壓油會升溫升溫,液壓油的阻力變大,系統(tǒng)功率降低。當(dāng)液壓油的粘度太低時,只會導(dǎo)致泄漏,降低系統(tǒng)的體積功率。因此,應(yīng)選擇粘度合適、粘度和溫度良好的油。此外,太長的管道和太多的彎頭會增加液壓油沿線的壓力,并損失一部分壓力,建議在規(guī)劃管線時要注意這一點。
2、 Hydraulic oil; Because the hydraulic oil has many activities, the more it moves forward in the pipeline of the hydraulic oil, the greater the viscosity of the oil. When the viscosity of the hydraulic elevator is too high, it will produce large internal friction, the hydraulic oil will rise, the resistance of the hydraulic oil will increase, and the system power will be reduced. When the viscosity of hydraulic oil is too low, it will only lead to leakage and reduce the volume power of the system. Therefore, oil with proper viscosity and good viscosity and temperature should be selected. In addition, too long pipelines and too many elbows will increase the pressure along the hydraulic oil and lose part of the pressure. It is suggested to pay attention to this when planning pipelines.
三、電壓;應(yīng)用場所電壓不穩(wěn)定,會燒壞設(shè)備操作箱的電器元件,導(dǎo)致液壓升降機(jī)無法控制。另外,頻繁的電壓不穩(wěn)定會直接燒壞電機(jī)。如果上升后電機(jī)燒壞,壓力系統(tǒng)失效,那么一些非正規(guī)廠家生產(chǎn)的設(shè)備就沒有失壓維護(hù)、超壓維護(hù)、故障外觀等保護(hù)裝置,這將導(dǎo)致平臺的墜落和事故的發(fā)生。
3、 Voltage; The unstable voltage in the application site will burn out the electrical components of the equipment operation box, resulting in the uncontrollable hydraulic elevator. In addition, frequent voltage instability will directly burn out the motor. If the motor burns out and the pressure system fails after rising, the equipment produced by some informal manufacturers will not have protection devices such as voltage loss maintenance, overpressure maintenance and fault appearance, which will lead to the falling of the platform and accidents.
